Josie is an early years consultant working with settings nationwide. The Lime Trees operates 36 nursery and wraparound care clubs across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Sheffield and Josie oversees the training and development of all staff, as well as leading on quality and curriculum provision. All Lime Trees settings across the group that have been inspected to date by Ofsted have been rated Outstanding. The Lime Trees curriculum is called ‘Play’ and was launched across the company shortly after the release of the Education Inspection Framework in 2019.
