Sue is a commercially focused Chief People Officer and Board Director with deep experience in change and transformation. Her career spans both large complex organisations, such as Reuters, Lloyds Bank and Aviva, and smaller owner-managed companies.

She has been a trusted HR partner to business leaders across Europe, Asia and North America specialising in leadership development, organisation development, talent and performance management. She is also an advanced Executive Coach and has extensive experience coaching people at all stages of their careers.

Sue joined Realise, one of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers, two years ago following a management buy-out. She has worked with the leadership team to create an inclusive, high performing culture. In 2022 Realise was recognised externally for its people practices and named No.1 Best Workplace for Women in the UK.
